Enchiridion Locorum Communium by Johann Eck is a rare 16th-century Catholic theological text published in 1525. Written during the height of the Reformation, this book addresses confession, indulgences, heresy, excommunication, and the veneration of saints. Eck became widely known for his public opposition to Martin Luther and for his defense of Catholic doctrine during a period of major religious conflict in Europe.
