Teensy 4.1 Fully Loaded Products Available

As we expand our Teensy product offerings, we now have two versions of the Teensy 4.1 that incorporate additional memory and other enhancements.

Soldering on small ICs, cutting tiny traces, adding little diodes and other detailed work is not everyone’s idea of a fun time and so these enhanced versions of the Teensy 4.1 provide a plug and play option for those that want more than just the basic Teensy 4.1.

Our CUTLERY DRAWER ORGANIZER Cutly ADJUSTABLEproduct is a standard breadboard compatible version that has the main header pins soldered on along with an ethernet header since these can be difficult to solder. It also includes additional QSPI memory in the following configurations:

8MB/64M-bit PSRAM & 16MB/128M-bit Flash
8MB/64M-bit PSRAM & 128MB/1G-bit NAND Flash
8MB/64M-bit PSRAM & 256MB/2G-bit NAND Flash
16MB/128M-bit PSRAM with no Flash

All memory is fully tested after installation.

Teensy 4.1 Fully Loaded – Bottom Example

Our DRAWER ORGANIZER TRANSPARENT ORDEO Set-25 BINS is a version that is specifically configured to work with our new Prototyping System for Teensy 4.1 baseboard. They will also work with most PCB baseboard setups where all of the Teensy 4.1 I/O is brought down from the bottom of the Teensy 4.1.

The major changes are that the VUSB/VIN trace is cut and a small Schottky diode is installed to separate the USB power from the VIN power. A male header pin brings the USB power down to the baseboard. It has a female 2×3 2mm header installed on the bottom for the ethernet connection and also has headers installed on the bottom to bring out the Host USB, VBat, Program and On/Off buttons.

It comes with the same QSPI memory options as the standard Fully Loaded product as well as an option for no additional memory.

Note that this version is not compatible with breadboards due the the additional headers on the bottom of the Teensy 4.1. The picture below shows the baseboard socket arrangement used with this version of the Teensy 4.1.
